Verification and approval timelines

Verification is usually completed shortly after you submit the required information. In some cases, additional checks may be needed, which can take a little longer. Once your profile is verified and approved, and you have completed your profile set-up, your Service Provider profile can become visible to Service Seekers and you can start receiving booking requests.
