What happens if a customer doesn’t pay?

A booking cannot be confirmed on Peezjob without payment from the Service Seeker. Payment is made at the time of booking and held securely by the platform until the job is completed. This system helps protect both Service Providers and Service Seekers. Keeping bookings and payments within the platform ensures there is a clear record of the service and the payment.
