How do I report a problem during an active booking?

If you experience a problem during a booking, you can report it directly from the active booking. This allows Peezjob to review the situation with full context of the service and communication.

1. Open the Peezjob app
2. Go to the active booking
3. Tap Report an issue
4. Provide details of the issue
5. Submit details
