Peezjob will review the booking details, messages, and any relevant information to understand what happened. The support team may contact both parties to help resolve the issue fairly and reach a solution where possible.

- Go to the relevant Booking
- Select Report an issue or Get help
- Describe the problem clearly
- Submit your request
