What happens if a provider asks me to pay outside the platform?

All payments should be made through Peezjob. If a Service Provider asks you to pay outside the platform, you should decline and report the request. Paying outside the platform removes the protections provided by Peezjob, including secure payments and dispute support.

2. Open the booking
3. Tap Report issue
4. Submit details
